Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available).
Returns & Exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.
Because every handmade piece is individually crafted, slight variations in color, bead patterns, or natural stone appearance are part of the uniqueness of handmade jewelry and are not considered defects.
Custom Orders
Personalized and custom-made items are created exclusively for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.
